I love taking the blowing out of candles shots. And I thought the make a wish title was perfect for it. You can find it here.

As you can see I've been doing a little housekeeping around the blog, and the website. I've got a little more dusting and moving of furniture to do so hang tight, I'll be done soon. :)

Snow Day & Blog Hunt

Did you catch this file from the blog hunt? I just remembered this morning that I'd forgotten to show what it was you were hunting for. For those that found it I hope you enjoy it and can use the file. The blog hunt is still on. The hat has blown to another designers blog, oh and if you thought mine was buried, thats nothing compared to what you might find this time around :)

Cherish

I'm loving making all these pages, not only am I getting photos on the page, but I'm using up my stash of designs as well.

This is the Cherish Bundle. You can see the mesh is under the pics on the left. This is my DD and a couple of her ballet friends.

You can find the Cherish Bundle here.

Happy Australia Day!
We're having a nice relaxed day here. Bacon and eggs for breaky on the barbie. Catch up with Grandma a little later and collect our dog who's been visiting her while we were camping, and maybe head out tonight and see some fireworks.

I've added a followers section to the sidebar of the blog because someone requested it, so feel free to go and click there and add yourselves to make getting updates easier.

I've been doing lots of pages for a January page challenge. It will be 31 pages for January, I'm up to 24 so thats not too bad. Actually thats brilliant given how many I did last year. Here's one of the files I made to go with DS1's birthday pics. Hope you have a great day. :)

While I was away camping I designed the cutest Valentines file! There will be a freebie component to it and a little bundle of love. You'll have to watch this space to see it first :)

Camping was lovely. The place we stayed at was very quiet, and natural. The beach was freezing! And the river had fish to catch, although the boys never caught anything legal size, but they really enjoyed reeling in little fish after little fish.

Its back to school this week, Wednesday the kids return. The end of the 6 week Christmas holiday. I know they are more than ready to see their friends, and I'm more than ready for a little normality and some breathing space. Whilst I won't be cheering 'cause the house will be deathly quiet, it will be nice to have some personal space. You know, 5 minutes to sit down without someone wanting something, toilet time without someone banging on the door asking you a question. All the good things :D

12" Borders

I've been working on my pages a lot over the last couple of weeks. I'm trying to do 31 pages in January, that's a page a day. So far I'm 20 for 20. I'm hoping to be able to do the next 11 in time, I've got the photos printed and the stash ready to go, but we are heading out camping for a few days so that will take a few days out, and then its Australia Day, and then the kids are back to school! I can't believe its the end of the holidays already.

I had a request for some 12x12 borders that can be cut with the bigger KNK's. I've designed a butterfly border and a swirly border which I think would look great with an elegant photo in the middle. I have a plan to make the butterfly one available to cut and piece on a 8" cutter, but you will need to wait a week or 2 for that one. Both borders are currently available in KNK format only. I hope you like them.

My new website www.letsbescrappy.com is coming on really well. I've got a plan to add some digi papers to it, but since the kids are still on holidays and starting to drive me insane I just haven't got to it yet.

In the meantime I thought I'd link you to a site with lots of nice kits. Her name is Joy and her blog is called Share Joy. Here is a quick page ~D~ made with the kit. You can download it here.

And here is her layout.

And here's another

Birthday Boy

I made this for my DS's birthday layout from last year. He was such a good kid, he got half his presents in the morning and then the other half in the afternoon since Dad was at work in the morning. He didn't mind one bit. The title also has a mat included in the file which I haven't used the layout. Available in GSD AI EPS SVG KNK and jpeg.

TSI Forum

Have you seen the page challenge over at the TSI Forum? There's a prize up for grabs for participating in the challenge. The first part of the challenge is 10 pages in the first 10 days of January. I haven't done any pages in months so when I read it I really wanted to get into it.

I did 1 page on Friday and 9 pages yesterday, making a total of 10! I'll be uploading my layouts later this morning after breakfast, so make sure you go to my gallery and have a look. If you do you'll also get a sneak peak at some new designs I made for my pages.

Frosty's hat is still blowing in the wind. Today its landed here! Buried under a ton of snow is a snowy file. Have fun finding it :)

2009 word book

I wanted to make a little word book for my daughter. Its her last year of primary and I thought it would be nice to add pics to during the year of her and her friends. If you have a machine that can cut chipboard it would be great to cut larger and add pics to during the year and then give as a gift at Christmas. Otherwise bazill in the smaller machines cuts just as well with a couple of passes and the word book size in the file stands perfectly without bending.

This year I'm planning on making some projects in the earlier stages of the year that can be added to as we progress during the year so its not all a rush at the end. Otherwise life gets too busy and things just don't get done.

Available in GSD AI EPS SVG KNK and jpeg.

Dinosaur Bundle

The dinosaur bundle is available to purchase via email. Its currently only available in GSD format.

Dinosaur Bundle: $5.49

Munch title

Here is another version of the munch title. There is also another matted Munch in the file that could be added which is sized inbetween these two. If you don't mind a little height in your layouts it would look great with some dimensionals and the munch popped out in the centre.

You don't just have to use this title for dinosaur layouts. It would be perfect for meal time shots as well. Sometimes I think my children eat just like cavemen, lol.

Frosty's Hat

Frosty's hat is blowing in the wind again. Which designers blog will it land on this time??

The Great Blog Hunt is on!

Frosty has lost his hat! If you happen to find Frosty's hat on one of the TSI designer blogs, look around. There is a free cutting file somewhere on their blog. But hurry, you will only have a couple of days before it will blow away to another designers blog.

Frosty's hat seems to have blown through here for the moment.

New Years was great! I am so exhausted I think I'm still recovering, lol. Which means I haven't had time or energy to cut out that last title yet. But I am working on the website. So stay tuned.
