Proof ! and Another Template/Sketch

I have so much scrapping to catch up on I've set myself a goal of 1000 pages for this year. Oh hope you were sitting down for that! So here's proof that I've started. Its from the sketch I offered the other day. The font is ratinfested mailbox. Love it. And there's a mask, torn paper and the background. Very simple, but I like it.

Its time for another sketch. There can be 7 pics, or 1 big one and 6 embellishments. Whatever grabs your fancy. Just get scrapping. Feel free to comment with a link to your page so I can drool over your handiwork.

Enjoy!

Welcome to 2012!

I'm starting this year off with something a little different. I've had some good time off, my scraproom has become an absolute disaster area, and trying to access let alone sort through supplies just makes me cringe. So I thought I'd start off quietly and easily with a digi page.

Now I know most people that stop by here are looking for GSD or SVG or KNK files. But I'm fairly certain that most of you scrapbook as well. So if you don't need the digi file (its PSD format), that is fine, just be inspired by the sketch. And yes its really simple to start with. Because we all need baby steps now and then.

Sketch 04

Its Friday! Don't forget you can sand and ink the edges, and the 3x3 photo space can be used as a journalling space. Have fun!

Sketch #3

I designed this sketch for use with 3 papers and 8 photos. Choose either 1 patterned for the base, and 2 plains, or 1 plain for the base and 2 patterned. If you wish to mat your photos you will need more pmp.

The space on the top left can be used for journalling or embellishing or left plain.

Try this: if you have a 6x4 photo, trim it into 2" squares and use in the bottom left space. If you photo is of scenery, you can draw a grid on the back gently with a photo labelling pencil and number the boxes so the photo goes back together in the right order. Have fun!

Sketch 01

I have a sketch book, as you would know if you've been visiting here for a while. I have lots of my designs in it, and I take it with me when I've got something inkling in the grey matter or when I've got a lot of quite time. At the back of my sketch book is a whole stack of page layouts, or sketches that I've come up with to make pages with later. Most are 12x12.

I wanted to see if I could redraw them to share with you, something like a sketch every Friday. Now this one is really simple, and not out of my book, more like a lets see if I can type of thing. So what do you think? Would you like to see more? Would you like one every Friday? If you'd like to do a page from it, email me a pic of a link and we'll see if we can share it here.
