Christmas Cards

I've finally finished making my Christmas cards. If I've forgotten anyone then they'll have to get a stock standard CM one. I had fun with the stamping and colouring. I found that so relaxing that I've started a water colour book and have been taking my water pastels with me to the kids training sessions and keeping myself busy with my art. I'll share those in the new year when I get enough finished.

Busy busy Busy.

Sorry theres been no files these last few days. And I'm afraid you're going to have to wait a few more as well. Last week was a big week with a family funeral and also a friend passing away to cancer. The kids finished up school for the year which involved Mass and presentation ceremonies. There was the final dance classes and two concert performances yesterday. And of course my kids wouldn't allow us to miss out on carols by candelight and Christmas light looking.

This week is my family Christmas at my house, which means packing up my scrapping things - which I hate to do - and prepare my now non baby proof house safe for my little niece.

So as soon as I can create again there will be more files to share.

Cheers
Wendy

Feeding the Locals

When we stayed at Shoal Bay last January, every morning and every afternoon dozens of parrots would land looking for a free feed. My youngest was most interested, and on the day that the neighbours were out, he decided it was his turn to give them something to eat.

Comet Watching

Last January there was a comet which provided some spectactular displays as it crossed the east coast of Australia. I made this to go with those photos.

New Blog Name

Congratulations to Le@nne for suggesting the new name. You have a choice of a file off my blog, let me know which one you would like and I will get it on its way.

Thanks for everyone's suggestions.

Dolphin Cruise

Last January I took the kids holidaying at beautiful Port Stephens. While we were there the kids talked me into taking them on a dolphin cruise. While I didn't get great photos of the local dolphins we did have a great time.

The title is matted, including the dolphin.

Blog Name

I've been alerted today that there is an online store called Don't Worry Be Scrappy. I wanted to make it very clear that I am in no way affiliated with that store and I will be changing my blog name to reflect the same.

So here's the big question...what to change it to? Suggestions can be left in the comments area and whoever's suggestion is chosen gets their choice of file for free!

Thanks!

O Christmas Tree

I saw something like this somewhere, can not for the life of me remember where, but it stuck in my head. So when I was thinking of what to make as customer gifts for my Christmas workshop this came rushing back and design I did.

They are really simple to cut, I've done another with kindy glitz sparkling on it which I'll scan tomorrow and upload when it dries.

Can you tell I'm loving this font?

Available to purchase in the Thats Scrap Inc shop

Shh! Secret Santa Spoiler

I made these for my secret santa. She has young children and many more Halloweens to come so I'm sure she'll be able to use them. They are so cute!

Birthday at the Lake

I made this one to go with my nephews birthday party photos. Everyone enjoyed canoeing on Lake Macquarie for his 5th birthday.

Also comes with the title and mat with no canoe.

All Aboard!

I made this last week, but have only now got the time to cut, scan and post. Everything is happening at this time of year, its so busy. I made this for last years pre Christmas photos where the kids are on the santa train.

I've made a few versions available in the file. Title with slim shadow, title with fat shadow, title with train track in shadow (as shown here), and train track separate with its own shadow. This makes it very versatile.
